Inclusion Criteria
1)Adolescents playing a minimum of 2 hours of internet gaming per day 2)Adolescents who are willing to undergo an integrated yoga programme 3)The adolescents who can communicate in the English language
Exclusion Criteria
1 Adolescents who are diagnosed with any medical health condition and a physical impairment will be excluded.
2 Participants who have been addicted to drugs smoking and alcohol will be excluded.
