Inclusion Criteria
Women aged between 20 to 30 years; having body mass index between 25 to 29.9 kilogram/squared meter
Exclusion criteria: Having cardiovascular and respiratory problems; diabetes; high blood pressure; orthopedic diseases; smoking; pregnancy; regular exercise training during last year; having menstrual disorder
