This study provides information about the impact of music based Moderate Intensity Continuous Training MICT on body composition and psychological well-being among sedentary college students at risk of obesity

With rising obesity levels linked to physical inactivity and social isolation the study highlights the need for targeted interventions in young adults

The research aims to evaluate whether combining exercise with music can improve BMI psychological wellbeing and mental health parameters such as depression anxiety and stress

Conducted as a 4 week experimental study among college students aged 19–25 years participants will undergo music-based MICT with assessments using standardized tools like the UCLA Loneliness Scale IPAQ and psychological well-being scales

By addressing both physical and psychological factors this study seeks to demonstrate that music enhanced exercise can break the cycle of sedentary behavior social isolation and obesity leading to a better health and quality of life in college populations

  • College students aged (19-25yrs) those who are willing to participate
  • Students with sedentary lifestyle(students reported being inactive for more than 12 hours a day)
  • Self reported social isolation (using loneliness scale with a score more than 20-49).

排除标准

  • Students with any musculoskeletal or neurological conditions affecting the intervention program.
