Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • a) admitted to Emergency Department
  • b) aged 60 years or over
  • c) assessed at malnutrition risk using the Malnutrition Screening Tool (MST)

Exclusion Criteria

  • a) unable to receive informed consent
  • b) Triage Category 1 (highest priority)
  • c) already receiving dietetic care
  • d) admitted from a health care facility (including nursing home)
