Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient of either gender suffering from fever of age 18 to 60 years.

2.Acute onset fever of 1 to 3 days.

3.Temp. between 98.9â??- 100.9â??

4.Patient suffering from the symptoms 1. Swed avarodh(Suppression of perspiration), 2. Santap(Raised body tempture), 3. Sarvang Vedana(Bodyache)

5.Fever of acute onset without any complications i.e. shock, convulsions,

6.Patients who agree to participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Chronic fever associated with immuno compresive disorder like H.I.V, T.B.

2.Pregnant women and lactating women .

3.If body temperature exceeds beyond 101â??.

4.Any febrile condition of patients requiring an immediate intervention depending on history and general condition at the point of examination as Found by the investigator will be excluded from Study.
