Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) female in 60s age; (2\) cleaning\-related labor; (3\) not a short\-time worker \[less than 15 hours of work in a week]; (4\) own a smartphone; (5\) have no disabilities in balance, gait, or mobility with a score of 10 or higher on the SPPB (Short Physical Performance Battery); (6\) have no restrictions on exercise or physical activity due to a fracture injury within the past year; and (7\) can read and write Korean.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) self\-employed or business owners, unpaid family workers, foreign nationals, (2\) workers on sick leave due to illness, accident, etc. (3\) participants in other exercise programs (4\) In pre\-study of this study, focus group interview participants
