(1) female in 60s age; (2) cleaning-related labor; (3) not a short-time worker [less than 15 hours of work in a week]; (4) own a smartphone; (5) have no disabilities in balance, gait, or mobility with a score of 10 or higher on the SPPB (Short Physical Performance Battery); (6) have no restrictions on exercise or physical activity due to a fracture injury within the past year; and (7) can read and write Korean.
(1) self-employed or business owners, unpaid family workers, foreign nationals, (2) workers on sick leave due to illness, accident, etc. (3) participants in other exercise programs (4) In pre-study of this study, focus group interview participants
