Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •(1\) maxillary Miller class I or II defect
  • •(2\) Absence of pocket probing depths \= 5mm on the tooth with the recession and its adjacent teeth
  • •(3\) preoperative oral hygiene instructions and an approximal plaque index \<35%
  • •(4\) written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •(1\) Presence of a Miller class III or IV defect
  • •(2\) Presence of probing pocket depths \= 5mm on the tooth with the recession and its adjacent teeth
  • •(3\) pregnancy
  • •(4\) hemorrhagic diatheses, anticoagulant therapy
