- •For clinical trial: nursing home resident with heart failure in assigned nursing homes

- •1. A life expectancy less than 6 months for other reasons than HF, assessed by »surprise question«
- •2. Patients who will not sign informed consent or whose legal guardian will not sign informed consent.
