- •1.Patient with typical clinical features pertaining to acute ankle sprain
- •2.Age 18-60 years irrespective of gender, caste & religion
- •3.Patient of first and second grade ankle sprain
- •First grade â?? Involve Mild stretch, no instability, single ligament (usually ATFL), minimal swelling, no point tenderness.
- •Second grade â?? Mild to moderate instability, complete tearing of ATFL or partial tearing ATFL plus calcaneofibular ligament, localized swelling.
