Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient with typical clinical features pertaining to acute ankle sprain
2.Age 18-60 years irrespective of gender, caste & religion
3.Patient of first and second grade ankle sprain
First grade â?? Involve Mild stretch, no instability, single ligament (usually ATFL), minimal swelling, no point tenderness.
Second grade â?? Mild to moderate instability, complete tearing of ATFL or partial tearing ATFL plus calcaneofibular ligament, localized swelling.
