Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patient with typical clinical features pertaining to acute ankle sprain
  • 2\.Age 18\-60 years irrespective of gender, caste \& religion
  • 3\.Patient of first and second grade ankle sprain
  • First grade â?? Involve Mild stretch, no instability, single ligament (usually ATFL), minimal swelling, no point tenderness.
  • Second grade â?? Mild to moderate instability, complete tearing of ATFL or partial tearing ATFL plus calcaneofibular ligament, localized swelling.
