1. suffer from primary dysmenorrhea diagnosed by a gynecologist
2. have a regular menstrual cycle
3. require analgesic drug for relieving pain.
4. Volunteers must pass the screening criteria based on the questionnaire and have pain score not less than 3
1. pregnant or breast feeding
2. taking oral contraceptive medicine or contraceptive injections
for 6 months prior to enrollment.
3. having severe gastrointestinal, gynaecological, or autoimmune
diseases
4. have parturition, pregnant or abortion
5. receive gynaecological surgery within 1 year prior to the trial
6. have medicinal and herbal sensitivities
