•1. 18-65 years old adult patients who are willing to join the research, 2. Patients undergoing more than 1 hour of elective surgery requiring general anesthesia, 3. Patients who skipped heavy meals for more than 8 hours, light meals for more than 6 hours, and clear liquids for more than 2 hours before undergoing anesthesia, 4. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA PS) classification I-III

•1. Patients refuse to participate in the research or request to withdraw, 2. Patients with a history of drug allergy related to the research, 3. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, 4. Patients who are predicted difficult intubation, 5. Patients at high risk of aspiration, 6. Patients with a history of asthma or reactive airway disease were treated with medication at the time of the study, 7. Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular disease, neuromuscular disease, impaired hepatic and renal function, 8. Patients who have a cardiac pacemaker, 9. Patients with a history of using medication that affect the action of muscle relaxants such as aminoglycoside, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, antiarrhythmic (calcium channel blockers or quinidine), and magnesium sulfate
