participants need to be still working; insured by the agricultural old-age insurance of SVLFG; stable physical (cardiovascular system, respiratory tract) and mental state, at least moderate exercise capacity; high motivation and interest; written consent is given; willingness to be randomized into one of the two study groups
Acute, infectious or immunosuppressive disease; Open, superinfected wound conditions on the Body; Oncological disease that requires Treatment; Symptomatic and chronic mental and neurological disorders that require treatment (e.g. moderate to severe depressive episode, anxiety disorder, dementia disorders, epilepsy and other seizure disorders, acute episode of multiple sclerosis, etc.); Acute and chronic advanced diseases of the cardiovascular system (e.g. Arterial hypertension with hypertensive derailment, chronic heart failure NYHA Class III-IV, etc.); Acute and severe chronic diseases of the respiratory tract (e.g. Bronchial asthma with recurrent status asthmaticus, COPD-Gold III + IV, etc.)
