Inclusion Criteria
1.Adults aged equal or morethan 18 years
2.A patient who had acute fever equal or less than 7 days without obvious organ-specific symptoms and signs of infection
3.Participant signs consent forms
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient with obvious upper respiratory tract infections including COVID-19 and influenza confirmed by rapid tests or PCR
2.International traveler
3.Subsequently diagnosed with organ specific infection eg. diagnosis of liver abscess after admission
