Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with age 50 yrs or above
2. Patients acceptance for the technique
3. Completely healed ridges
4. Resorbed mandibular ridges (Atwoodâ??s classification IV, V, VI)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Health condition requiring surgery, logistic or physical reasons that could affect follow up.
2.Patients suffering fromPsychiatric problems or disorders Eg. Radiation, Neoplasia or Bone Degeneration.
3.Patients having Bony spicules. Torus, OSMF.
