Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.The age of patients should be between 18 and 80 years old;
- •2\.Meet the diagnostic criteria of 2016 international guidelines for severe sepsis and septic shock;
- •3\.Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.The time of definite diagnosis of sepsis was more than 48 hours;
- •2\.Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction whose SOFA score of liver or kidney was more than or equal to 3;
- •3\.The patient is expected to die within 48 hours, or sofa \>\= 15, or Apache II \>\= 30, or the patient refuses active treatment;
- •4\.Patients with allergy to traditional Chinese medicine and allergic constitution in this study;
- •5\.Patients with malignant tumor, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (uremic stage), hematological diseases, HIV and other serious basic diseases;
- •6\.Patients who have been treated with hormone, immunosuppressant and other drugs or have organ transplantation in recent 6 months;
- •7\.Those who have participated in other clinical trials at the same time or within 30 days;
- •8\.Pregnant and lactating women.
