- All
入选标准
- •1) Have a clear history of traumatic brain injury; Patients with traumatic brain injury diagnosed by CT or MRI.
- •2) Clear mind and stable vital signs;
- •3) Over 18 years old; Under 60.
- •4) If the course of disease is more than 1 month and less than 12 months, it can be combined with examination and treatment;
- •5) Family members and patients informed and agreed.
- •6) In patients with upper limb flexor spasm, when performing passive elbow extension in supine position, the modified Ashworth rating is > grade 1 and = grade 3.
排除标准
- •1) Muscle spasm caused by non traumatic brain injury;
- •2) Patients with a history of upper limb trauma or upper limb surgery;
- •3) Peripheral nerve injury;
- •4) Those with contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion;
- •5) Have a history of stroke;
- •6) Patients who took oral antispasmodic drugs or had been treated with botulinum toxin in recent one month.
