入选标准
- •Age 18-80 years old, ASA class 1-2, Elective colonoscopy, patient who informed consent.
排除标准
- •ASA class 3-4, patient who had history of bowel surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic constipation, laxative and opioid use, fail in bowel preparation in colonoscopy. Pregnancy or lactation. Allergy to polyethylene glycol, morbid obesity, cannot intake preparation agent example as CHF and CKD. Not accept in consent form.
