入选标准
- •For patients who require and are willing to go for tooth-coloured crowns.
- •Restorable teeth in need of full veneer crowns with respect to either maxillary or mandibular first molars.
- •Fair oral hygiene and Periodontal status.
- •Dental and Skeletal Class I Molar relation.
- •Patients available for follow-up after 6 months and 12 months of crown cementation.
排除标准
- •Systemic, medical compromising, calcium or metabolic conditions which may affect research.
- •Missing antagonist teeth.
- •Untreated carious antagonist teeth.
- •Periodontally compromised teeth.
- •Grossly attrited antagonist teeth (ASA III and ASA IV).
- •Occlusal restorations with respect to antagonist teeth.
- •Developmental defects affecting enamel and/or dentin.
- •Parafunctional Habits (bruxism, bruxomania, clenching).
- •TMJ disorders or antagonist plunger cusps.
- •Antagonist prosthetic crowns.
- •Diet with high titrable acidity.
- •Habits of unilateral mastication.
- •Tobacco chewing habits.
