Inclusion Criteria

1) open gastrectomy, laparoscopic, or robot-assisted gastrectomy for gastric cance
2) age 19 years or older
3) physical status classification I-III under the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) guidelines
4) able to communicate, understand the purpose of this research, and agreed to participate in this research

Exclusion Criteria

1) planned postoperative admission to the critical care unit
2) ASA physical status classification IV
3) preoperative body temperature of =37.6 ?
