- To compare effect of Homoeopathic add on medicine to standard care treatment of COPD patients, To assess the effect on Spirometry score and to observe any reduction in exacerbation episodes, if any

简要总结
All participants will be keep on taking standard allopathic care treatment. All COPD patients will be given add on Homoeopathic medicine ( or placebo, as the case may be) . At the end of study, both the groups will be analysed for variations, if any. The variations will be analysed in both the Homoeopathic and placebo groups to see the effect on primary and secondary outcomes.

入选标准
- •Diagnosed case of COPD as per the latest GOLD guidelines.
- •FEV1 more than 50% Willing to participate in the study and agree for treatment compliance.
- •Willingness by the patient to attend scheduled follow up visits and undergo study assessments.
排除标准
- •Patients not giving consent.
- •Patients with co-morbidity.
- •Patients requiring oxygen therapy and/or hospitalization.
- •Pregnant or lactating mother.
- •Significant metabolic, gastrointestinal, neurological, psychiatric, or endocrine diseases, active malignancy.
- •Patients on any other medication except standard COPD regimen.

时间窗: Nine months
次要结局
- Change in symptom scoring at baseline, and completion of treatment as per COPD Assessment Tool (CAT)(To assess the incidence of side effects in two groups)
