Inclusion Criteria
Lower abdominal elective surgeries, ASA grad 1 and 2,BMI 18.5 - 29.9, MPG score 1 and 2, and who have given valid consent
Exclusion Criteria
Increased intracranial pressure,uncorrected coagulopathy,patients on anticoagulents, obvious spinal deformity, previous spinal surgeries, neurological disease, pregnancy, generalised edema of body, inadequate epidural block
