Inclusion Criteria
adult patients (20-60 yr) scheduled for forearm operation expected to be finished in 90 minutes.
Exclusion Criteria
patients with
upper airway tract infection in 3 weeks
abnormal airway
body mass index >30
allergy to lidocaine
gastroesophageal reflux
