inclusion:1) students in one of the tehran's universities; 2)physical and mental health; 3) having back lordosis; 4) having bak pain; 5) age range 18-25; 6) informed consentExclusion: 1) having a specific type of back pain; 2) pregnancy; 3) infection, tumor, rheumatic disease, cancer; 4) bone fracture, surgery in spinal cord, pelvis and osteoprosis;; 5) congenital and sever postural deformities; 6) spina bifida and spondylosis; 7) nocturnal and sever overnight pain in feet; 8) depression and and psychologoical problems; 9) urogenital and gynocological problems; 10) phobia for exercise in water; 11) NSAIDs use during researh
