Inclusion Criteria
1.Nasya Arha
2.Age - Between 18 - 50 years, irrespective of gender.
3.Subjects presenting with two or more symptoms of (for more than 12 weeks)
Nasal congestion
Facial pain/pressure
Anterior or posterior drainage
Reduced or absent sense of smell
Exclusion Criteria
1.Nasya Anarha
2.Subjects under antimicrobial therapy, undergone vaccination recently.
3.Subjects suffering from long standing debilitating illness.

Name Time Method To evaluate the changes in the nasal microbiota after Nasya Karma in CRS, by microbial culture of nasal swab sample of both the nostrilsTimepoint: The day before starting Nasyam, then on the 8th day the nasal swab sample culture would be analysed.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the composition and load of the nasal microbiota before and after the Nasya Karma by analysis of the microbial culture of nasal swab sample of both nostrils. <br/ ><br>To propose a possible mechanism of action of the Nasya Karma on the nasal microbiome in CRS. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Zeroth day, before starting the procedure and on the eighth day after the procedure
