Inclusion Criteria
- •all infants 750\-1250 grams, admitted to NICU will be enrolled, if they are started on feeds within first 4 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •Gross congenital malformation and anomalies of GI tract (intestinal atresia, imperforated anus etc)
