1. OPD and IPD Patients undergoing surgery with general anesthesia using endotracheal tube with controlled ventilation
2. ASA Physical status 1-3

Exclusion Criteria

1. Cardiothoracic surgery
2. Neurosurgery
3. Laparoscopic surgery
4. Lung disease
- Septicemia
