1.Age equal to or greater than 65

2.Histologically confirmed diagnosis of malignancy.

3.Patient without major cognitive impairment, who can understand and agree to participate in the trial.

1.To study the prevalence of polypharmacy in elderly cancer patients. <br/ ><br>2.To study the prevalence of use of complementary/ alternative medicine in elderly cancer patients. <br/ ><br>3.To study the presence of drug interactions of baseline prescribed medications with the planned systemic therapy. <br/ ><br>4.To evaluate if any socio-demographic characteristics, comorbidities, baseline laboratory parameters or specific geriatric variables correlate with PIM usage. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: visit 1
