Thisstudy aims to compare endotracheal tube and laryngeal mask airway for airway management with respect tohaemodynamic stability, airway safety, adverse respiratory events andpreoperative versus postoperative neurological status in patients undergoing endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysm under general anaesthesia.

入选标准
- •1.Patients posted for elective endovascular treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformations or aneurysms 2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I, II 3.Hunt and Hess – Grade 1-3.
排除标准
- •1.Anticipated difficult airway, Mallampati Score>3 2.Preoperative intubated patient 3.Allergy to any anaesthetic agent or drug(Injection Propofol or Injection Lignocaine) 4.Pregnancy 5.Intraoperative surgical complication 6.Severe cardiac, or renal disease, ASA >III.

主要结局
1.To compare the changes in hemodynamic parameters during intubation and extubation in between both study groups.
时间窗: At baseline, At 0,1,3,5,10 min after intubation and extubation
次要结局
- 1.To compare respiratory complications in both study groups.(2.To compare preoperative and post operative neurological status.)
