  • •Patients of either gender requiring endotracheal intubation in ICU for mechanical ventilation.
  • •Age above 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •obstetric patients
  • •non consenting patients and patients attendant
  • •cardiac arrest patients needing urgent tracheal intubation
