简要总结
This modified puppet therapy included the use of attractive Chinese puppets and task-specific repetitive treatment concepts with the Lego switches (e.g., finger pressing and releasing); the Lego technology allowed children to practice movements through playing with modified puppets. Moreover, by adding brilliant colors, assorted textures, and exaggerated physical characteristics to the Chinese puppets, enhanced interest and attention were given to the interaction with the puppets. Therefore, the research questions in this study were as follows: "Do hand control and finger movements improve more with additional modified puppet therapy by using Lego switches as compared to that with standard puppet play alone for children with disabilities?
