Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All obese patients with Body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 40 Kg/m2
- •2\. Obese patients with Body mass index (BMI) 35 \-40 Kg/m2 with obesity related co\-morbidities
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with large hiatus hernia and/or severe reflux oesophagitis on endoscopy
- •2\. Patients at very high risk for surgery (ASA IV)
- •3\. Patients who refuse consent
