Inclusion Criteria
Male and female subjects aged 18 years and above having BMI (Body Mass Index) more than or equal to 23 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute illnesses requiring hospitalisation within past 2 months.
2. Previous spinal or abdominal corrective surgery.
3. Inflammatory backache.
4.Neuromuscular diseases.
5.Women who are pregnant.
6.Women who are less than 12 months postpartum.
7. Patient unwilling to participate in the study.
