Inclusion Criteria
men and women over the age of 18
- Isolated fracture of the major tubercle
- Minimum follow-up 12 months
- Maximum follow-up 8 years
Exclusion Criteria
- > 2-segment fracture of the proximal humerus
- existing illness or injury that affects arm strength or elbow function
- immune suppressive therapy

Name Time Method As part of a one-time follow-up examination after at least 12 months and a maximum of 9 years:<br>Assessment of the functional result based on the constant score (operative vs. conservative)

Name Time Method As part of a one-time follow-up examination after at least 12 months and a maximum of 9 years:<br>- Evaluation of the functional result based on the range of motion<br>- Evaluation of complications after conservative therapy<br>- Evaluation of complications after operative therapy<br>- Comparison of the different surgical procedures used with regard to complications and functional result<br>- Determination of a degree of dislocation of the fracture, which underserved negatively influences the functional result (CS)<br>- Evaluation of the trauma mechanism
