Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) informed consent, (2\) 20 to 39 years of age, and (3\) good health, with no history of LBP within the last month (from the onset of symptoms).
Exclusion Criteria
- •The following exclusion criteria were applied: (1\) a history of surgery, (2\) an underlying cardiopulmonary disease, (3\) obesity (body mass index \[BMI] \[kg/m2] \= 25\), and (4\) peripheral vascular disease (e.g., a venous thromboembolism).
