Inclusion Criteria
• Adult patients with PAH who are capable of giving consent
• Patients with invasively confirmed PAH
• Invasive, guideline-based diagnosed PAH:
RHK: mPAP > 20 mmHg, PAWP = 15 mmHg, PVR =3 WU
• Patients receiving drug therapy for the treatment of PAH.
Exclusion Criteria
• Underage patients
• Patients who are incapable of giving consent
• Pregnant patients
• Relevant comorbidities that speak against the presence of PAH
• Patients whose gender identity does not correspond to their biological sex

Name Time Method sex-specific differences in the right heart size meassured by RA- and RV-area, sex-specific differences in the RV-function at time of diagnosis (cross-sectional study) and follow up (about 6 months)
