- •1. previous gastrointestinal surgery
- •2. CA esophagus
- •3. CA stomach
- •4. Upper GI bleeding
- •5. history of corrosive ingestion
- •6. pregnancy
- •7. allergy to lidocaine
- •8. allergy to simethicone, N-acetyl cysteine, peppermint, sodium bicarbonate
