- •2.Patients of either sex.
- •3.Patients of 20-65 years of age.
- •4.Controlled Hypertensive Patients.
- •5.Controlled Diabetic Patients.
- •ï?· Patients willing to participate in the study and ready to follow the protocol.

- •1. III and IV degree internal hemorrhoids.
- •2. Patients with bleeding disorders.
- •3. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •4. Severe systemic illnesses.
