Inclusion Criteria
Patients with renal calculi undergoing Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetes mellitus.
1)Pyrexia prior to procedure
2)Renal failure
3)Patients with a stent, nephrostomy tube or indwelling catheter
4)Contralateral renal and ureteric calculus
