1.Willingness for participation in the study
2.Patients in need of dental implants for tooth replacement in the mandibular posterior region
3.Good general health without systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism
1.Patients with contraindications to Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)such as photosensitivity, active cancer in the treatment area or history of radiation Patients with a history of drug intake such as immunosuppressive drugs, anticoagulants, and anti-cancer drugs three months prior to the study.
2. Pregnant and lactating women.
3. Use of medications or substances known to interfere with wound healing/patients with history of intake of immunosuppressive drugs, anti coagulants and anti-cancer drugs three months prior to the study
4.Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment
5.Patients having known history of bone disorders (e.g. osteoporosis, osteoarthritis)
6.Severe periodontal disease or active oral infections at the implant site
