Inclusion Criteria

Patients who undergo major spinal surgery such as spinal fusion and laminectomy, and who provide written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

ASA class 4 or higher
Cardiovascular dysfunction, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction
Neuromuscular disease (such as myasthenia gravis), opioid or analgesic abuse, previous calcium antagonist use
Patients whose consciousness is not clear enough to answer the degree of pain
Hypermagnesemia patient
