- •Patients who undergo major spinal surgery such as spinal fusion and laminectomy, and who provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •ASA class 4 or higher
- •Cardiovascular dysfunction, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction
- •Neuromuscular disease (such as myasthenia gravis), opioid or analgesic abuse, previous calcium antagonist use
- •Patients whose consciousness is not clear enough to answer the degree of pain
- •Hypermagnesemia patient
