1.Healthy Subjects with caries, gingivitis and periodontal diseases
2.Free from systemic diseases affecting salivary flow patterns.
3.Subjects willing to give voluntary informed consent and will be available for the entire duration of the study
1.Subjects undergoing orthodontic treatment and edentulous.
2.History of smoking, alcohol consumption.
3.Subjects who are pregnant, lactating or nursing.
4.Subjects under continuous nutritional supplementation
5.Any underlying uncontrolled medical illness including Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, and Hepatitis.
6.Subjects undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and under long term medication.
