入选标准
- •For phase 1
- •All ESRD patients who are more than 18 years old visiting the hospital
- •Patient Caregiver
- •Inclusion criteria
- •Who are older than 18 years
- •Primary caregiver cared for at least 6 month
- •Nephrology Team
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •Dialysis technicians dialysis nurses clinical faculties nephrologists who are involved in the care of ESRD patients for at least 12 months
- •For phase 2
- •Patients fulfilling the following criteria will be eligible for Phase II
- •Patient who are more than 18 years with a score <70 in modified Karnofsky performance Scale
排除标准
- •For phase 1
- •Acute kidney injury patient in a tertiary care hospital
- •A patient who is unable to complete questionnaires
- •A patient caregiver who is unable to complete questionnaires
- •Those who are not willing to give consent
