Diagnosed case of shoulder adhesive capsulitis secondary to breast cancer who have been treated with curative surgery and have received or receiving post operative radiation therapy (RT) will be included. The first diagnosis of breast cancer should not be more than 5 years back.
Patient who had received steroid injection treatment for shoulder pain in last 1 month.
Those patients who had metastatic disease.
Known disorder of ipsilateral shoulder ex. Arthritis, fracture, Rotator cuff tendon tear, Avascular necrosis of head of humerus
Patients initially classified as adhesive capsulitis but the final diagnosis changed to other causes of shoulder pain.
Patients initially classified as adhesive capsulitis but the treating Physiatrist chose to follow an alternate management regimen.
Those patients who are not willing to participate in study.
