Inclusion Criteria
CT imaging with contrast agent and at least one arterial phase
• Presence of thrombotic occlusion or arterial hemorrhage (evidenced by CT imaging)
• DSA was performed following CT imaging
• In case of arterial bleeding detected on CT, evidence of spontaneous hemostasis on DSA (i.e. no more bleeding on DSA)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with evidence of active arterial bleeding on DSA
• Incomplete imaging or insufficient imaging that impairs correct image interpretation (e.g. due to artifacts)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method • Thrombus material/disturbance of normal blood flow in the vessel yes/no (binary)
• Vascular patency yes/no (binary)
• Vessel diameter
• Degree of reduction in vessel diameter, reduces vessel patency
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Degree of reduction in vessel diameter if vessel patency is impaired
