1. Patients aged 50-80 years old;
2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of acute knee osteoarthritis in western medicine;
3. Patients with knee osteoarthritis of Kellgren Lawrence grade 0 - III;
4. Patients who stopped taking NSAIDs for at least 7 days or more;
5. If the patients who use the drugs to improve their condition (diacerein and the same kind of drugs) need to stop taking drugs for 1 month or more;
6. Patients and their family members have good compliance and sign informed consent.
1. Patients with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, etc;
2. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
3. Pregnant or lactating women, psychotic patients;
4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past four weeks.
