Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with first ever stroke
- •Age: 40 TO 75 Years
- •Both male and female
- •Patients with Brunnstrom grading 4\-5
- •Patient who can sit Independently
Exclusion Criteria
- •MMSE score less than 24
- •Patients with pelvic fracture less than 6 months
- •Any structural spinal deformity
- •Patients with severe disabling lower limb arthritis
- •Any spinal or lower limd surgeries less than 6months
- •Patients with other neurological conditions that may effect balance and gait
- •Perceptual disorders like unilateral neglect and pushers syndrome
