Inclusion Criteria

1. End stage renal disease with any kind of renal replacement therapy (haemodialysis or kidney transplantation), 2. Erectile dysfunction

Exclusion Criteria

1. Cognitive impairment, 2. Communication impairment, 3. Genital anatomical deformity, 4. Time from last transplant of less than 6 months, 5. Taking drugs causing erectile dysfunction (e.g. beta-blockers, tricyclic antidepressants), 6. Taking nitrate derivatives and nitric oxide donors, 7. Not prepared to discontinue other erectile dysfunction treatments in the coarse of the study
