Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age at least 18 year
- •2\. diagnosed with pneumonia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. pregnancy
- •2\. Receiving intubation or NIV at ED arrival
- •3\. Ultrasound would delay treatment
- •4\. do not resuscitation status
- •5\. congestive heart failure or volume overload
- •6\. covid\-19 infection
