Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. age at least 18 year
  • •2\. diagnosed with pneumonia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. pregnancy
  • •2\. Receiving intubation or NIV at ED arrival
  • •3\. Ultrasound would delay treatment
  • •4\. do not resuscitation status
  • •5\. congestive heart failure or volume overload
  • •6\. covid\-19 infection
