Study Overview
Brief Summary
Title : A Prospective Randomised Double Binded Study To Compare The Intubating Conditions Of Two Non Depolarising Muscle Relaxants Cisatracurium And Rocuronium
Aim : To compare the percentage depression of adductor pollicis twitch at 180 seconds following single dose of these two nondepolarising muscle relaxants and alps other parameters like heart rate , mean arterial pressure, Copenhagen consensus conference score and rare side effects.
Methodology: After obtaining institutional ethics committee approval , patients who are fit under the inclusion criteria will be entrolled in the study and randomised into two groups. Group A will receive 0.1 mg/ Kg of Inj.Cisatracurium and Group B will receive 0.6 mg / kg of Inj.Rocuronium . The study parameters will be monitored. Statistical analysis will be done .

Inclusion Criteria
- •Surgeries under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation following non depolarising muscle relaxants ASA class1 ASA class 2 Elective surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA class 3 and above Chronic liver disease Chronic kidney disease Age>75 years Obesity > 30 kilograms per metre square Patients with anticipated difficult airway Patients with diseases affecting neuromuscular transmission ( myopathies).

Percentage depression of adductor pollicis twitch at 180 seconds
Time Frame: Percentage depression of adductor pollicis twitch at 180 seconds
